Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Masks and t-shirts are shipped from our Toronto studios, and you can expect to receive them within 2-3 weeks. For pre-order custom items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 

All other items are shipped directly from our warehouse within 15-30 business days, however most parcels will be received much sooner. You may receive items in separate shipments, as we ship items as quickly as possible.

Honest Masks cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following:

Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. Due to distruptions in the supply chain by Covid-19 pandemic, some items crossing the border may take longer to ship. 
 

Returns & refunds

You may return your items within 30 days of receiving them if you are not satisfied with your purchase. For all returns and refunds, please contact honestmasks.ca@gmail.com, and your return will be processed within 3-4 days, but may take up to a week to reflect on your payment account based on your bank. 

We thank you very much for shopping with Honest Masks. 10% of every order made will go directly to supporting CAMH, and their mental health support resources. We all know someone who has been touched by a mental health condition, and with the pandemic, it's becoming even more difficult for people. We want to help improve people's lives through this very difficult time. We're all together in this.
